BEGINNER WORKOUTS
Beginner workouts are 5 - 10 minutes 4 times a week.
Two 3 week challenges designed to help you get from 0 to 25 pushups.
EXPERT WORKOUTS
At this stage the workouts are more intense about 10-20 minutes, 4 times a week. These workouts are slightly different than the beginner workouts. Youll be doing different pushup variations and working out with a little bit more intensity. Dont worry though, weve added some rest days so your muscles can recover.
